Landing Page for Scaling Businesses
FreshBooks Select
OVERVIEW
FreshBooks Select is a plan for scaling businesses that need custom service. It comes with a personal Account Manager, customized training for teams, integrations, and low credit card transaction rates.
I was the main designer on this landing page, along with a marketing manager, and web development team.
PROBLEMS
The original landing page only had information about the benefits of a premium plan, but no way of contacting the Account Manager team directly.
Most customers also didn't know that a premium plan existed unless they contacted customer support. The plan was originally named Redwood, which didn't help with making it sound premium either compared to the names of the other plans at that time: Sprout, Seedling, Evergreen, and Mighty Oak.
The plan was renamed FreshBooks Select.
GOALS
Users: Learn more about Select to see if it's a good fit
Business: Attract new customers, and get them to contact an Account Manager
Brand: New sub-brand, and logo
RESEARCH
We looked at other companies that have premium packages that are also its own sub-brand, such as Shopify Plus, and Wealthsimple Black. Many of them have contact forms at the bottom of their landing pages. In terms of visuals, they also seem to employ colours of a more luxurious range.
SOLUTION
The CTAs on the landing page all bring you down the form at the bottom. Filling it in will allow users to get in touch with an Account Manager immediately.
Brand guidelines (below) have also been created to ensure that Select feels premium and is unique without being off-brand.
RESULTS
This landing page brought in many qualified leads, and a positive boost in revenue, which is all I can say here. :)
